A godfather of hardcore punk and the dearest of friends…

There are so many ways to describe Dave Gregg, who took the eternal big gig on Sunday evening, March 31st 2014. He was a believer in the power of music and a powerful musician. He was generous to the extreme with his resources, time and insights. He was a great friend.

He was also a party to this venture.

Without Dave, and his phenomenal partner Cathy, System Dialing Records would not be the remotely the same. He will be a part of everything we do here, as he always has been, until we evoke our last sounds.

Have a listen to his awesome guitar work on Butterfly Starpower’s album…

The obituary from his home-town The Vancouver Sun is here.
